Having had some problems finding a carpenter locally, we asked John to build some alcove units for us. We were impressed by John's reliability and professionalism. He visited us twice before installing the units, talking through the design and taking detailed measurements. Having built the units offsite, it took only a day to fit them - John and his team were efficient, reliable and pleasant to deal with. We are delighted with the finished product. We would have no hesitation in recommending John and would definitely use him again ourselves.

John made a great job of designing and fitting cupboards with bookshelves above them for the alcoves of our sitting room; they're just what we wanted to make full use of the space and to keep the Victorian feel of the room.

As a customer testimonial, I've decided to borrow from a favourite phrase of Andy Gray's on Sky Sports : We have had fitted wardrobes and a TV/stereo unit designed and installed by Rae Carpentry.
